The gauge or caliper is indispensable to accurately measure small items. The accuracy of this tool comes to the tenth and even half a tenth of a millimeter. To measure outer two long legs used to measure internal (eg hole diameters) the two small legs, and to measure depths with a peg that goes out from the rear. To make a measurement, adjust the size in order to measure and we'll fix it. Mobile leg has a graduated scale (10 or 20 lines, depending on the accuracy). The first line (0) will indicate the millimeters and the next line that exactly matches one of the stripes on the dial of the foot indicate to us the tenths of a millimeter (caliber with 10 divisions) and half tenths of a millimeter (20-gauge divisions).
